Effective date
These Terms of Use are effective from 1 September 2026. Please read them together with the RUTSS Privacy Policy and any additional terms displayed before using a particular feature.
These Terms govern access to RUTSS, including its public website scanner, individual diagnostic tools, comparison features, accounts, stored reports and educational content. By using RUTSS, you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.
These Terms of Use are effective from 1 September 2026. Please read them together with the RUTSS Privacy Policy and any additional terms displayed before using a particular feature.
You may use RUTSS if you can legally enter into these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization and accept these Terms on its behalf.
You may analyze websites you own, administer, support or are authorized to test. You may also perform ordinary, lawful analysis of publicly accessible pages, provided your activity does not violate applicable law, contractual obligations or another party's rights.
Use reasonable request volumes and respect technical restrictions. Do not repeatedly scan a website in a way that creates excessive traffic, disrupts availability or attempts to avoid rate limits, access controls or protective systems.
You must not use RUTSS to gain unauthorized access, discover or exploit private systems, test stolen credentials, distribute malware, scrape protected information, impersonate others, conduct denial-of-service activity or facilitate unlawful conduct.
RUTSS provides public-signal diagnostics and is not a penetration-testing service. A RUTSS report does not replace an authorized security assessment, code review, vulnerability-management program or professional incident investigation.
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify RUTSS promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
When you submit a URL, you authorize RUTSS to request publicly available resources needed to perform the selected checks. Reports may contain technical information obtained from the submitted website and must not be presented misleadingly or used to violate third-party rights.
Results are automated observations generated from information available during a scan. Findings may be incomplete, delayed or affected by JavaScript rendering, consent screens, bot protection, network conditions, geographic delivery, authentication requirements or temporary server behavior.
Review evidence before changing a production website. Important security, legal, accessibility, financial or business decisions should be verified independently by a qualified person using appropriate tools and current documentation.
RUTSS does not guarantee search-engine crawling, indexing, rankings, traffic, rich results, backlinks, AI citations or commercial outcomes. Search engines and AI services control their own systems and may change them without notice.
The RUTSS name, interface, original content, software and report presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use reports for legitimate internal, client or educational purposes, but may not copy or resell the service itself without permission.
Websites analyzed by RUTSS and external resources linked from the service belong to their respective owners. RUTSS does not endorse or control third-party content, availability, security, accuracy or privacy practices.
RUTSS may modify, suspend, limit or discontinue features when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance or product development. We aim for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Request limits may be applied by account, address, hostname, tool or time period to protect RUTSS and target websites. Attempts to bypass those safeguards may result in blocked requests, suspended access or account termination.
If RUTSS offers paid services, the applicable price, billing interval, included usage, renewal terms and cancellation conditions will be displayed before purchase. Additional commercial terms may apply to enterprise or partner services.
RUTSS is provided on an 'as available' basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that every result is complete, current, suitable for a specific purpose or free from false positives and false negatives.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RUTSS and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from reliance on automated results, unavailable services, third-party websites or changes made using a report.
Access may be restricted or terminated when these Terms are violated, the service is abused, another party is placed at risk or restriction is reasonably necessary for security or legal compliance.
These Terms may be updated as RUTSS develops or legal and operational requirements change. The effective date will be revised when material updates are published. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Questions about these Terms, responsible usage or permission to use RUTSS materials may be sent through the contact page or to info@rutss.com.
